That is sort of invisible.  Usually the porters will file a bug report
if your package doesn't compile, but that's done by hand and sometimes
they have a backlog.  Some of the buildd's have urls where you can
check out the build logs, but as far as I know there is no easy way
to find out what they are.

The update-excuses output from the testing scripts (
http://ftp-master.debian.org/testing/) has made this a bit easier, 
you can see there which architectures have recompiled your package
-- but only for those which already had an older copy to begin with.
