Furthermore, once you get an application manager assigned, tell him where
you live and he can check our internal database for nearby developers.
Of course it wouldn't be advisable for him to tell you the street address of
the possible candidates for GPG key signing (think false identification),
but he can give you e-mails of those people so you can set up a meeting.
