I've packaged pyg, a my program.
Description: Python Gateway Script
Python Gateway Script from news to mail and vice versa.

It is intended to be a full rfc compliant gateway, whitelist manager.

it is obviusly under GPL :)
Should I post it to debian-devel too?
At last a simple question, where can I check if a package is on ITP state?
I'd like to package a program, but I don't know if it is owned by someone or not.
If it is in woody ok, but if it isn't I can't be sure it is free :)
