xwatch installed in correct section?

Yesterday, I uploaded my first package, xwatch.
I surprised to see it go in section x11.  I just received this:

So I assumed I was specifying the `utils' section.
Where did I go wrong?  And how do I fix it?  What's the override
file mentionned above?
