Nice to read about plans for an in-person Sprint again 🙌🏽
There is a bit of a chance I might actually be able to join. Otherwise travelling is difficult at the moment with my growing family, although I'd love to. Let's see 😊
Something what might be of interest to Debian, is that following the direction of CWL, Galaxy, WorkflowHub, etc., we've started focusing on extending the EDAM ontology to other scientific and science-related domains beyond biosciences. And there are some ideas
about a generic tools registry too... So I'll be interested in ideas how to build upon your amazing work with EDAM annotations and Bio.tools links in Debian, and how to integrate these further (search, visualisation, ...)
