Hello, I also had a look since I need snakemake for pigx-rnaseq and there is a memory constraint problem that this update may fix if we are lucky (https://github.com/BIMSBbioinfo/pigx_rnaseq/issues/103). I removed a few tests that needed external data. I may have saved two though that just invoked the binaries "python" and "pytest" without the 3/-3 suffix. Best, Steffen
