It looks like you changed the data instead, and used a file from samtools. The toy.sam file is already available in the archive $ apt-file search toy.sam samtools: /usr/share/doc/samtools/examples/toy.sam So I simply copied it from here in the autopkgtest. Also, please add a Team Upload entry at the top of changelog from next time. It needs to be added when you are not the uploader of the package. Take a look at my commits Thanks for your work.
