Re: some bioconductor packages up for peer review

When looking up that package, I found out one test chokes on a
call to the command run-sepp.sh, located there:

	$ rgrep run-sepp.sh
	q2_fragment_insertion/_insertion.py:    cmd = ['run-sepp.sh',

The nearest command I could find was run_sepp.py from the "sepp"
package; while skimming through mail archives, I believe this is
one of the packages for which the file extension has been a mean
to differentiate various concurrent implementations. I do not
know to which point they are interchangeable though.

In hope this helps moving forward,
Kind Regards,
