You do not even need to set something explicitly. Just file the ITP
bug - either manually or by using
https://salsa.debian.org/r-pkg-team/dh-r/blob/master/scripts/itp_from_debian_dir
I am using the script but I had no time to configure reportbug, so those could be Gmail's glucks.
