Hello, I got stuck while trying to get salmon to recompile and/or update to the new .14.1 version that is out. After some time I came to understand that the problem is the deep interaction of the salmon package with the rapmap source tree that apparently should be of the same version. Another problem is that unfortunate cmake beast of salmon. I got stuck - could someone please give it a shot? Many thanks! Steffen
