htsjdk status
Hi,
I have updated/fixed htsjdk in git with following:
* fix Java 9 support, but will work on Java9 only (should change
default-jdk to opensjdk-9 in d/control?)
* fix javadoc generation
* fix tests support, however they are still disabled due to a new bug
with testng (#895886)
Status in explained in d/changelog [TODO]
Don't know if you want to upload now in this status (sid, experimental?)
Tests are disabled, but I could run them locally with a local patch on
testng.
