This can very well just be 'dispatch@tracker.debian.org', no need to
explicitly mention package and tag as tracker.d.o is able to figure it
out by itself from the mail header. So as long as:
- the mail is sent from salsa.debian.org
- the project name is the same of the source package name
the simple dispatch@ is enough.
