And there are likely others who we have yet not reached with our Sprint
because of that. Or we learn that there are no others: Let us avoid that
collision - and let us avoid further confusion and not change the date
again.

Like an "either in the mountains or at an Airport"-theme? I'd be up for
that.
We could also occupy seminar rooms at University Clinics. Or we visit the
big pharma's research centers (not that these could be easily reached).

Is there someone out there who is mentally prepared to shape that second
meeting? Maybe we develop an idea on how to give it a slightly different
"touch" of some sort. What kind of nags me is "outreach". That
"conference booth"
for instance is not materialising, and in part this is because we do not
know
what to show, I tend to think. Maybe the Sprints could help with that?

What I completely overlooked was next year's split of BOSC (and the Codefest
with it) from ISMB. Would it make any sense to have Debian Med
"representatives"
at such conferences? They could for instance wear some sort of a button so
other attendees can contact them spontaneously for any issue at hand?

Best,

Steffen
