Definitely.  The manpage is created using help2man.  We could fix this
by either patching the source code to explain the option or edit the
help2man page afterwards (either via sed script or by maintaining a
manual edit of the help2man result).

Please pick one of these options to get at least the Debian packaged
version documented.
