Hi Eric,
I realised that uscan which is seeking for new versions of Debian
packaged software at the download location failed to connect. When
looking at the download page[1] the spefified link
http://prime.sbc.su.se/download/ returns "Forbidden". Could you
please check what might be wrong here?
