In new since 3 weeks - so might be available soon.

Another Java beast with included JARs.  In contrast to snpeff its not on
my personal agenda so I'm not sure whether I can help here.  I guess it
does not make a lot of work once it is packaged since there are no
recent changes visible in this project.

Understood, people in that community seem to like it though.
