Please find the code for the newest version of Clustal Omega (1.2.2) at

   http://clustal.org/omega/clustal-omega-1.2.2.tar.gz

These are the changes w.r.t. version 1.2.1:
(i) plugged a memory leak in in the pair-wise alignment routines
(ii) parallelised the pair-wise alignment routine (OpenMP)
(iii) increased the MAC-RAM default from 2GB to ~8GB
