Please help to free paml
Hi,
as you can see here the paml author agrees to GPL the code:

However, it seems he ignores the googlegroups channel and seems not to
get the message that ftpmaster requests more detailed information -
specifically fixing the homepage to replace the non-free license term by
properly versioned GPL. I wonder whether somebody has a clever idea how
to use a different channel to finalise this tiny bit.
