Please provide release tags for Phast on Github and may be you could uncover Debian packaging code

Hi,

I'm writing you on behalf of the Debian Med team which is a group inside
Debian with the objective to package free software in the field of
biology and medicine for main Debian. Since you are providing Debian
packages on your website you are probably interested in having official
packages which enables users to directly install from Debian mirror
instead of actively visiting your website for downloads.

I've checked your Github repository[1] but there are no release tags set
which makes hard to decide what version of the code you might consider
stable and intended to run in production.

The hints you give to the Phast homepage[2] to download source tarballs
is also not helpful since there are only Deb and Rpm but no source
tarball.

Finally I wonder whether you could make the debian/ dir you used for
packaging available to possibly save us some time for the packaging job.

Kind regards

     Andreas.
