I'm happy to report that the simple lintian check I implemented at the
latest Debian Med gathering are now live.  Check out the status on

(2 packages discovered) and 
<URL: https://lintian.debian.org/tags/upstream-metadata-is-not-a-file.html >
(0 packages discovered).

I guess the entire archive is not yet checked.
