Since we only need to upload once to fix the VCS URL then we should do it sooner, rather than later :-)
Does the website pull from the published package or from the VCS tree? If the former then shouldn't we do a monthly update?

I agree that the current change rectifies an upload. I was hesitating a
bit since the current package pool is a moving target due to the gcc-5
transition. If you think that the VCS field change is more important I'll
upload in the next two days.
