Hello,

I updated the packaging for the scales R package. It now contains not only R 
scripts, but C++ code that is to be compiled. Please review my changes and 
consider uploading it.

P. S.: I somehow managed to mess up the upstream branch's history. Probably 
because I did not push all branches the last time and Andreas pushed his 
upstream branch. I am sorry for that!

P. P. S.: I am currently only able to run the autopkgtests with sadt. adt-run 
with schroot is not working anymore (no aufs in kernel 4.0) and I had problems 
setting up an lxc container.
