Packaging HTQC for Debian - one test failure
Hi,
I'm writing you on behalf of the Debian Med team that has the objective
to package all Free Software relevant in the fields of medicine and
biology for official Debian. We have set your program HTQC on our todo
list and have started with the packaging[1].
Since it is best practice to run the test suite of any software we are
packaging if available I did so and stumbled upon one failure out of 29
tests:
...
20/29 Test #20: ht_rename ........................ Passed 0.01 sec
Start 21: ht_overlap
21/29 Test #21: ht_overlap .......................***Failed 0.01 sec
ok 1 - ../src/ht2-overlap -q -i /tmp/buildd/htqc-1.92.1/t/test1.fastq.gz /tmp/buildd/htqc-1.92.1/t/test2.fastq.gz -o ovlp -u novlp
NOT ok 2 - text_file_eq("ovlp.fastq.gz", "/tmp/buildd/htqc-1.92.1/t" "/test_ovlp.fastq.gz")
ok 3 - text_file_eq("novlp_1.fastq.gz", "/tmp/buildd/htqc-1.92.1/t" "/test_novlp_1.fastq.gz")
ok 4 - text_file_eq("novlp_2.fastq.gz", "/tmp/buildd/htqc-1.92.1/t" "/test_novlp_2.fastq.gz")
4 tests, 1 failed
Start 22: ht_filter
22/29 Test #22: ht_filter ........................ Passed 0.02 sec
Start 23: ht_convert
...
Are you aware about this problem and is there any fix or may be I was
missing some program that might be called by this test? Any help would
be welcome.
Kind regards and thanks for providing HTQC as Free Software
Andreas.
