OK.  Always feel free to commit your changes once they are done.

Yes + probably some nitpicking like removing remainings of the dh-make
boilerplate.  For instance d/rules reads:

  "Sample debian/rules that uses debhelper. ..."

But your rules file is no sample.  It is a real one! - So please delete
the useless comment.  (At some day I might consider writing a lintian
check about this ...)
