Low hanging fruits for packaging available: Packaging R preconditions for new version of r-bioc-cummerbund (Was: [SCM] r-bioc-cummerbund branch, master, updated. upstream/1.2.0-40-g849e496)

Hi,

I tried to update r-bioc-cummerbund package but failed because of
missing predependencies. So I added the following changelog entry:

--- a/debian/changelog
+++ b/debian/changelog
@@ -1,5 +1,7 @@
 r-bioc-cummerbund (2.2.0-1) UNRELEASED; urgency=low

+  * TODO:
+ ERROR: dependencies 'fastcluster', 'rtracklayer', 'Gviz' are not available for package 'cummeRbund'
   * New upstream version
   * debian/rules: Remove useless creation of ${R-Depends}
   * debian/control: Versioned Build-Depends: r-base-dev (>= 3.0)

Usually packaging R packages is quite some schematic work and you can
learn / copy a lot from other existing packages. So if you are
considering to learn some packaging - perhaps in a MoM project[1] this
is your chance to harvest low hanging fruits while beeing definitely
helpful.

If you might wonder where to find the relevant software I added a remark
to our web sentinel saying:

   fastcluster:  http://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/fastcluster/index.html
   rtracklayer:  http://bioconductor.org/packages/2.12/bioc/html/rtracklayer.html
   Gviz:         http://www.bioconductor.org/packages/2.12/bioc/html/Gviz.html

Kind regards

       Andreas.
