You are to late now for these - or you are not (Was: Low hanging fruits for packaging available: Packaging R preconditions for new version of r-bioc-cummerbund)



Well,

those low hanging fruits mentioned above are basically packaged.  So bad
luck for you if you wanted to use the chance to learn some packaging of
very simple examples. But, wait a moment.  While r-cran-fastcluster is
in NEW now r-bioc-rtracklayer and r-bioc-gviz are just in SVN (at the
usual to be expected locations for R packages).  But these are depending
from another bunch of packages that are waiting for you.  So try beating
me and be faster in getting things packaged!
