I have seen in some Makefiles of FosWiki that most probably
yui-compressor
is used. I think we could safely assume that if the conversion of what
is available in the Wiki looks "quite similar" to what is delivered in the
GNUmed tarball this is OK.

I'd say it makes no sense to spend time in discussing it in a parallel
thread to debian-devel. I personally tend to agree with your arguing
but the contrary opinion has some perfectly valid arguments and we
finally need to close what the release team considers a RC bug.
