This is not leading anywhere. Let me know which of the following options would 
waste the least amount of everyone's time.

1.) I will provide locations to the files in the foswiki svn but I will not 
check (and verify) which tool (with whatever obscure parameter) is used to get 
from the file in svn to the file in the tarball. IOW I will not dissect their 
build script.

2.) I will have Karsten provide a simple patch which will simply delete the 
offending files from our tarball so upstream is clean

3.) I can live with simply droping gnumed-doc since getting all the details 
right is taking more ressource then I am willing to allocate to this (this 
would make it easier for you as well)

I am grateful for your attempts to solve this (including checking licenses) 
but I am not willing to spend time on checking what upstream does.

Since those files are FOSS licensed we could even go as far as including them 
into the GNUmed tarball and pretend those were ours.
