Here are the sources I think

Those files are run through some js minifier on tarball creation

Let me check if I can find what exactly they are doing.

I still think this is a non-issue. There is no missing source code. The source 
code is in the tarball. Why is it of any importance that the source in svn is 
different. The relevant sources are shipped in the tarball.
