So the correct thing to do would be either:

   - Just strip this useless copy from velvet tarball (because
     we are rebuilding it anyway) or
   - Simply care for not installing the stuff in the binary package

Does anybody think that packaging MetaVelvet makes sense as well.  It
seems that most of the packaging stuff is quite similar to velvet and
should be a quite reasonable beginners task?
