there are dozen of log4qt forks. This is a shame noone worked a
merging that into a single log4qt project. I guess debian will have
its own fork too...

Not yet, I turned off all plugins and will turn them on one after another.
With the new dcmtk/VTK packages the dicom plugin might work.
