Re: [Soap] Source code for SOAPdenovo available?

I think Mr Lo did not see that the debian-med emailing list is
included in the cc: :)

I was praising Mr Lo, in hopes that I would flatter him enough to
release the SOAPdenovo code under the GPL :D

What he means by "using your's resource to compile the latest
version", is that he hopes that KAUST and genomics.org.cn collaborate
to keep on providing a PowerPC binary. So, in a sense, yeah, Mr Lo's
comment was kind of an internal discussion.

Mr Lo: Mr. Tille is asking if you would please consider releasing
the source code under the GNU Public License, for the greater benefit
of everybody. Mr. Tille wants to include your software into the Debian
GNU/Linux Medical project. A lot of other bioinformatics tools are
being made available to the whole world via Debian, under a Free (as
in Liberty) License.

Would you consider releasing your source code?

And before our release of the code, it would be our honor to keep using your's resource to compile the latest version of SOAPdenovo if it's acceptable
