Unfortunately I could not find a copy of Jakson's files on my machines.

Anyways, I checked in some initial files for packaging swarm.  It should be somewhat straightforward as swarm uses GNU autotools.  However, it is not building with a basic rules file.  The error is complaining that it cannot find the "configure" file, but it is definitely there in source tarball.

Can somebody give it a try?  The build process isn't giving me any useful hints about the problem.
