The ID mentioned in debian/control Uploaders is different from the
changelog entry in debian/changelog.

That's a simple consequence of the first warning.

Probably an old lintian version installed on your machine. Current
Standards-Version is 3.9.1 (just bumped to this version in SVN).
In short: use only one maintainer address and all issues will be solved.
