Hi all,
I hate this package expurgations, but the situation is even worse as
this pdf is a copyrighted work from the journal of molecular biology,
which belongs to the Elesveier company, quite renowned for its huge
profits and reluctance to joint the open access movement.

Definitely, Debian is violating copyright by keeping this file in its
archive. Elsevier sells it for 30 $... However, I really dislike
shipping ~dfsg.orig.tar.gz packages. Maybe we could ask Cédric
Notredame to remove it upstream, or to replace it by the un-edited
preprint ?
PS: Many thanks Steffen for doing this upload. Once it gets through
ftpmaster, we can prepare a -2 version which will take advantage of the
modified M-Coffee that Cédric Notredame kindly prepared for Debian, in
which non-free programs like clustalw are replaced by free ones like
kalign.
