Hi Steffen,

I think that it would be exciting to make that kind of CD "Powered by
Debian-Med". I do not know so much about the technology to put behind,
be it Debian-live, Knoppix, Quantian, Ubuntu-live, or even vmWare
player, but maybe a key to answer this question is to determine what
they want to do with such a CD. One possible technical challenge would
be for web front-ends such as emboss-explorer. It can definitely be
useful either for a desktop CD or a server CD. Such front ends typically
need to write in a temporary directory in /var/www, so there would be
either someting to fix in our packages to make them more adaptable, or
this could be fixed downstream in their CD.
