Making emboss-explorer build-depend on emboss-data to run tests ?
Hi all,
I was just wondering if it would make sense to make emboss-explorer, a
GUI to EMBOSS written in perl, build-depend on emboss-data in order to
be able to run the provided regression tests at build time.
Alternatively, we could simply provide the test script in the examples
directory, but I like to have that kind of information in build logs.
