In fact, the cgi was installed as /usr/lib/cgi-bin/emboss/emboss,
not as /usr/lib/cgi-bin/emboss. I've fixed this.

It just works now :-)
I had to patch the configuration system a bit again, (i.e. I had to
remove "use strict" from Conf.pm, ...), but now it works.

I think we are ready now :-)
The updated package is available, as usual, on mentors.debian.net and
on svn.debian.org.
