Maintainer and uploaders fields of debian-med packages

Hi all!

I am with a new package ready to be uploaded (sibsim4 -
http://sibsim4.sourceforge.net/), but I am with a doubt.
What do I put on the fields Maintainer and Uploaders?

If I only include me and "Debian-Med Packaging Team
<debian-med-packaging@lists.alioth.debian.org>", then I think that it
will be wrong (because the only one maintaining it will be me, and not
the team). With just me and this list, if anyone from debian-med
uploads a new revision of this package it will be considered as NMU
(that is wrong).

What I am thinking is to put Debian-Med Packaging Team as the
maintainer and me + team as uploaders. But who exactly is the team?
