Debian LTS and ELTS report for October 2025

In November 2025 I've worked on the below listed packages for Freexian 
LTS/ELTS [1].

LTS:

- Opened #1120690 to fix CVE-2024-47619 in syslog-ng/bookworm as per 
  lts-updates-tasks#237.
- Published DLA-4376-1 for erlang bullseye.
- Tested webkit2gtk/bullseye for pochu.

ELTS:

- Published ELA-1582-1 for erlang in stretch and buster.
- Worked on postgresql-11 for buster.

Both:

- Helped with the (E)LTS merge.
- Filled some debusine bugs.
- Participated in the (E)LTS meeting.
