Debian LTS and ELTS report for October 2025

In October 2025 I've worked on the below listed packages for 
Freexian LTS/ELTS [1].

Many thanks to Freexian and our sponsors [2] for providing this opportunity!

LTS:

- Proposed to move hdf5 to limited support in bullseye and later.

ELTS:

- Moved hdf5 to limited support.

Both:

- Cleanup of the tiff form the previous month.
- Worked on erlang.
- Improved the documentation.
- Participated in the (E)LTS meeting.

Other:

- Worked on syslog-ng/bookworm as per lts-updates-tasks#237.
