Might be a longshot, but you could contact the Scaleway team (
scaleway.com). They provide physical arm servers with (among others) Wheezy images, as well as Jessie and Sid images.
I couldn't find a direct contact email, but they do have a ticketing system on their website. (or maybe someone here knows someone there?)
