But I would first contact the debian-l10n-spanish team in case anyone
is already working on that. Some of the members of the team have write
permissions to debian.org and add the material after a discussion on
the mailing list. (discussion = following the drill: request to
translate, request for comments ...)

I can take care of asking them since I'm subscribed to their mailing list.
