Offline install seems to need manual invoke of "apt-cdrom add"

Hello,

When installing from my self created iso with live-installer, the
installer is complaining about:

"The 'grub-pc' package failed to install into /target/."

I need to execute a shell, chroot into "/target/" and invoke "apt-cdrom
add" in order to continue the installation.

Am I missing something?

My live build system is a debian unstable on amd64. I use live-build
version 3.0~a40-1. My auto/config looks like this:

lb config noauto \
    --distribution wheezy \
    --debian-installer live \
    --debian-installer-distribution daily \
    --architectures i386 \
    --linux-flavours 486 \
    "${@}"

Regards
