No longer asking to remove CD when rebooting ?

Hi,
I created a live CD with live-helper 1.0.4 and live-initramfs 1.157.1,
everything works great. Just one thing, in the past, when I rebooted it,
live-initramfs asked me to remove the CD from CD tray. However, in this
version, it no longer asks me this... My isolinux/live.cfg is:
label live
menu label Live
kernel /live/vmlinuz1
append initrd=/live/initrd1.img boot=live union=aufs

Do I have to put any boot parameter to make it ask me again ? Or is
there anything I have to pay attention when I create this live CD with
live-helper 1.0.4 and live-initramfs 1.157.1 ?

Thanks in advance.

Steven.
