Re: reliability problem
The crux of it is that no binary.img is created.
I seems to be a caching issue - that is it doesn't seem to see the need
to generate a new image because as lh_build goes through each step it
skips it and moves on to the next one, which it also skips and so on.
using --cache disabled seems to have little if any effect.
