I read and next I follow steps by steps which yours howto and I have 
question which .iso you used?
Own file.iso or file.iso from project site , because my pen it's not 
boot I have error file not find
I look in grub options and I see /casper/vmlinuz next I look on pendrive 
in casper folder and see only
filesystem.squashfs
