I am not sure that helps. The tag 'outdated-standards-version' does
not offer solutions to an obscure but undisputed deficiency. It
states: "You are too slow."

In other words, the tag does not suffer from the pedantism of a
zealous prosecutor but rather from the cruelty of a taskmaster. It is
not appropriate at any level.
