Following your blog post [1], which motivated my interest in Lintian,
I would like to encourage more developers to submit checks, but they
must bundle them with working tests. (That is why my mission is to
make testing easier.) Consistent with Lintian's own mission, it seems
appropriate to insist that no untested code runs inside it, and while
there may be better ways to enforce that, it would automatically
ensure that all checks being shipped were tested. Tx!
