Lintian should not complain when the debian/copyright file
contains the full CeCILL license with this error: E: giws:
copyright-should-refer-to-common-license-file-for-gpl

There is a few references to the GPL (about the compatibility):
http://www.cecill.info/licences/Licence_CeCILL_V2-en.txt
"5.3.4 COMPATIBILITY WITH THE GNU GPL"

Lintian already tries to check for CeCILL license with the following
regex: m/CeCILL FREE SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT/
[...]
Please change "FREE SOFTWARE LICENSING AGREEMENT CeCILL" to
"CeCILL FREE SOFTWARE LICENSING AGREEMENT". That will make the warning
disappear.

s/LICENSING/LICENSE/. (i.e. as per the quoted URL :-)
